Water for Africa Charity Ride 2021
Come and join us for the second annual Water for Africa Charity Ride. It’s an all bitumen ride so it’s accessible for everyone who rides.
The ride will commence at Dome in Kalamunda on Saturday, 17 th of April. A rider’s briefing will take place just after 8.30am with stands up at 9am.
The route is different from last year’s ride and will be around 300kms. We will be heading out through the hills towards York and Toodyay on some of Perth’s best roads.
There will be a fuel stop around the halfway point, as well as a few regroup opportunities where you can chat with like-minded people and grab a bite to eat.
The ride will finish back at Dome in Kalamunda around 4pm.
There is no cost to join the ride, all we ask is that you make a donation on the day–as much or little as you like. 100% of the funds will go to install a well in a remote village in Tanzania.
Last year, we raised over $5000 and changed the lives of 2000 children at Ukelemi Primary School, in the Mufindi District in Southern Highlands of Tanzania. We are aiming to raise a similar amount this year.
